Rent a student DOESN'T PAY.

I have not been payed by rent a student since December. After signing a contract and relocating based on the contract terms, which required me to covet my own rent. Not recieving payment made it very difficult to pay any rent.

I've contacted the owner John Ashcroft many times, and on one of those occasions he claimed that we will pay me, and other students he owes money to by the third week of february. He sent an email to the client claiming that at the moment he is "dying".

The third week of February passed by, and the man goes M. I. A.

rent a student is a ****, and is NOT a non-profit organization. I have proof of this.

Sometimes he pays, then sometimes he decides not to pay. It's all up to his whims of the day.

For all the employers out there, please, do not trust this man. As students, money is hard to get by, and that money in alot of cases is out towards our education, living expenses, food. John, is an asshole and going through him is basically putting students in a pit of hell. Hire through gumtree or indeed. Just, don't bother with rent a student, the place is a lie of a dirty old man who feeds of the poverty and desperation of young people who are hopeful towards the employment offered.
