Worst service,never recommend

I’ve just received a call from one the rudest agents I’ve ever dealt with.she wouldn’t answer my question instead she hanged up the call And refused to acknowledge my payment arrangement instead she is threatening to “auction” my unit,really??? Is this how your agents are trained to deal with clients?
