Very very very bad service and money focused

I was supposed to have moved out end of April which was during the lockdown and apperantly they have sent all tenants they can move but when I went to all the way from Pretoria to Honeydew, I was turned back stating that no one was allowed to move but just small things.

Now I am being charged money that I don't have and my things are held ransom at the storage while I am cold and needing warm clothes and a heater. Worst of all the person who is talking to me via email has an attitude, treats me like a am a retard and she gives no **** about me not getting paid during this lockdown period, they then debited my account which was already on a negative.
