Very unprofessional.

It looks like our unit has been broken into. My wife, who informed them two weeks back, is given problems and was only told today that she only has access and not the tenant therefore, they can't assist her. Two weeks have passed and the issue has still not been fixed. Very unprofessional considering that I have informed security a number of times.
