UNATTENDED COMPLAINT

Good morning...on the 31st of march i went to rent A Store to fetch a couple of my clothes. To my huge disappointment, i saw something I had never seen before. 6 boxes full of clothes had been eaten by termites with my clothes in them. My clothes were totally destroyed. I called one of the guys who does rounds around the storage to show him what I had seen. He advised me to go to the office and report the incident. I even took a couple of clothing items to show them the extent of the damage. After I had done so all the response I received was \we gonna have to move you to a different sore\" No sorry NOTHING.. I have waited for 12 days to atleast receive some sort of apology but nothing has been mentioned and that is after doing business with Rent A Store for 17 months. It is such a shame to come to know how much other service providers to do not even pretend to care for/about their customers. The worth of the items that were damaged exceed what I pay for the storage, by faaar and it did not bother them at all."
