The worst customer service experience

Rent-a-store Midrand have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use their facilities. The manager will not even come to the phone or come to see the client face to face. I have been here at their premises since 8am waiting to resolve a simple matter. It’s almost 13:00…
