Shut my store and stop billing me
I gave late notice to vacate my storage number 588 in Pretoria North in November. I told her I finished building and needed to move into my property and would be colleacting my stuff anyway. In the middle of that, busy with moving - I missed sending my email notice on time and was made to pay for November and December too. I was made for arrears and so forth. To cut a long story short - I cannot come to Pretoria to remove my lock as I live very far, tried explaining this to that stuck-up Anne marie and nothing helped. I just want out of this contract and I dont want to be contacted every month being told there are arrears on this accound, I must write emails to have someone remove my lock. Isnt notice sufficient and telephonic explanitions? I travel the world, I really just want to live, be let out of this contract without someone thinking I'm a money bank and get an email that confirms I owe nothing and that my storage is no longer in my name. Can someone do that without drama please?

Thank you for your complaint. Just like you want to carry on with your life in the same way we would like to carry on with our business. You failed to follow the correct procedures when moving out of your unit. Leaving your padlock on your unit meant that we could not rent out the unit to the next willing customer. You seemed to have no time to send a confirmation letter to say your unit is empty and that we can remove your lock but you had plenty of time to write this complaint? Your account has already been closed in January 2015 due to you not complying with our requests.
