requested a unit for storage in December was given an storage unit , had to pay additional fees due to the bigger storage unit , was under the impression that a debit order will be actioned because of all the paperwork submitted with banking details only to get an email that the account at the storage unit is now in arrears , do the staff actually know what they are doing , with all the different amounts I am paying I am thinking of cancelling
