Putting Xtra money on account when account is fully paid

I have a storage unit at this place, I paid my storage and my late payment in January and my account was settled. Now in Feb I paid on time on the 15th the amount of the storage which is R410 per month. Now today the 16th they charge me again for late payment although my payment is on time, now I have to pay an xtra R169 even when my payment was on time. I am now very frustrated with this people. Please do not use this company as storage bce the illigally want u to pay more when your account is paid on time

They forsure blame their customers and threatning me with legal actiin for so called posting false statement whivh is actually the truth. I pay and then take my own legal action againdt them for ***** and breach of contract.

Still the same their excuse is that must be paid on the 1st although u only get paid on the 15th
