Phone Slammed down and No Customer Service

I rented a storage facility today and within a hour phoned to cancel this storage facility due to unforeseen circumstances - I was then told it was impossible and then after querying it further, they then gave me a hefty amount of R600 admin charges - which amounts to over 30% of the fee which is shockingly high when we haven't even used the facility and it was cancelled in a hour. When I further queried this with Courtney and asked to speak to the Manager or Director, Courtney then told me she is doing me a favor by trying to help and then slammed the phone down on me. This is ********** customer service and shocking that a reputable company like this treats its clients.
