Disrespectful employees use capital letters when sending emails to customers

I paid my rental amount with a penalty, debt collector (Sky McSherry) had not been updated with my payment proof emails. I responded to her to check with her manager, she sent me an email with capital letters. I went there requested for an apology email as I won't be accepting emails in capital letters, it's 3 days letter nothing. Disrespectful employees who don't even own a single share of the business & don't take customer service seriously, sad reality of women attitudes in South Africa, disgusting!
