Disgusting experience

I have been coming to the Midrand rent a store for the last 6 months. The same guard Eric has treated us so rudely and that I feel it inappropriate. Today he even refused me entry to the facility knowing me full well. Completely unacceptable behaviour. Whereas the guards are pleasant and polite. Address the issue with your guard.
