Change of terms or else

This company changes their contracts for everyone without consent and then threaten you with eviction. Not great, no PR here whatsoever, just don't care.

Dear Tenant

Re: Notice to alter the terms and conditions of lease.

In order to streamline and improve various business operations we hereby give you 30 days written notice to amend the terms and conditions of your lease agreement. See attached your new terms and conditions of the Storage Lease Agreement.

These changes will be binding on you, the tenant, unless you within 7 days of receipt of said notice, advise Rent-A-Store in writing that the variation is not acceptable. Such no-acceptance of the update will be deemed to be the giving of notice to vacate your unit.
