Blown away by excellent service

After coming back to JHB from spending 8 months in CPT, I decided to check up on my furniture and add more things to my unit at your Midrand branch. Unfortunately the lock had rusted and I had to quickly run to the closest builders to buy Q20. On my return, I chatted to your guard (not sure of his name) and Lukas wo immediately offered to help me by bringing his own Q20 and not only helping me open the lock but also to assist in making sure i wont have the problem again. Thank you Rent - a - store and thank you to Lukas and the friendly guard for helping me and making sure my things are safe and in the same way that I left it. Please can you pass this on to the manager so that they know how appreciative i am to both Lukas and the very friendly security guard :) <br> <br> Will definitely recommend you guys to others who need storage facilities!
