BE WARE & CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!

This company is horrible, they keep adding charges on my account even when I have paid my account on time every month and I have been paying exactly the amount on the invoice since I update my account, but just after paying they demand more money and say my account is overdue.

I send them proof of payments and they ignore it and keep demanding more money. The worse part is that they don't want to listen to me as a customer, all they want is MONEY!MONEY!MONEY!.... there's NO one willing to listen or assist me when I request to escalate my complaint, I am always told to write emails and they don't even respond to they email I write to them.

This is very bad cause you cant even escalate issues and there is no one to help, they just want to collect, collect, collect!!!!, NO Assistance and NO appreciation of the customer.

Please think before you use this service cause it looks like they are just greedy for money more than anything, No customer care in they mind.

I pity the day I decided put my belongings into their storeroom and I cant wait to find a better storeroom and remove my things from these people.

SO SAD I ever used this storeroom!!!!!! :-)
