Poor service and questionable ethics

Absolutely ******* service. The letting coordinator set an appointment to view a property at a certain time and date, which was confirmed even on the morning of the viewing. When I got to the place, noone was there, and when I called the letting lady she wouldn't pick up nor respond to my texts. I phoned the agent that was meant to conduct the viewing, and was told quite a few stories about why noone was there, at the time of the earlier confirmed appointment. In all, I wasted my time and money going to view a place that may or may not have been available for occupation. Refund my transportation costs in the very least.
