What a Joke - Never Use Them

We are on holiday and decided to use a professional cleaning service, we made a booking for their domestic services for 2 days and had to pay up front, the first day the domestic lady showed up and cleaned as requested, the second day (Christmas Eve) there was a no show and when we tried contacting the company there was no answer. we then went to the office - locked up.<br> Later that afternoon I received an sms to say that they could arrange somebody for boxing day (yip) anyway I give them the benefit of the doubt and on Saturday we waited, we phoned, we sms'd and we have been totally ignored. We went past their office - doors locked, all I want is a refund.<br> OH AND BY THE WAY THEIR CLEANING IS APPALLING TO SAY THE LEAST!!
