Rent a **** Poor attitude and service.

I have never had more appalling service from a company than I have over the past year from your Rent a **** Ballito branch. I have had from people just not arriving, *****ing, ruining washing that has cost me dearly to dealing with the most inexperience house help. To all of that all I get are excuses and often the issue is just ignored and not addressed. I have asked on numerous occasions to speak to the owner as the manager continuously tells me she just works there when I ask her a question she cannot answer. Shocking to say the least! I have tried to resolve it with them but when I get told sort it out yourself or in this area our ****s don't do the washing you must do it yourself it is no use.<br> <br> I wrote this same message on Rent a **** SA Facebook Page and they removed the post without a reply or any contact.
