No ****...NO response...No Refund

I have been using Rent a **** since a few months now and expected professional, Reliable and peace of mind with a service such as Rent a ****. I have been ********** and have tried on numerous occasions to make contact with Anika Chaithram who till date has not returned my calls. I have been charged R 155.00 per day for a **** who used to arrival at 9 or 10am and eager to leave between 3 to 4 and permanently had issues with bus or taxi fares. Which from my understanding was not to be covered by me. Then there was occasions where the **** never showed up, Yet I had to pay in advance and no refund granted. I have tried to negotiate with Ayanda regarding placement of another **** or chat to the current **** about her misdemeanour & till date have not heard back and my calls are being ignored. <br>
