Disappointed customer!

I am absolutely horrified with the service received from Rent A **** - Berea. Their after sales service is pathetic and they don't ensure that their staff arrive at the customer's house on time. Their prices are too high and for the service they off is all "empty promises", they don't clean so well and they dont iron or do washing.

DON'T USE RENT A ****!!!!!
