Rent a Gardener disappoints again!
I received a threatening email today from Stephan (Rent a Gardener) to remove a complaint I posted 9 March. He said the post was false and threatened to claim damages from me for all customers lost because of my post.

Stephan, in my post I clearly stated that I was wrong to pay late. True. Then I described my frustration about how I felt treated like a ********. Stephan, this is true - I felt frustrated, mistreated, and all of those feelings was (and is) true.

After the March incident I tried terminating our 12 month garden maintenance contract early, but was quoted more than R17,000 if I cancel in April.

Stephan -sorry you are losing customers. You have lost me already in March - I'm just serving out the contract. You still don't get it Stephan - I am the customer, but customers are also human. Just like you have made some mistakes in my garden, overseeing leaves or a flower bed you should have done, in the same way I sometimes only remember on the 5th or the 7th to pay (in advance!!) for the month. But I always pay. I have also paid retrospectively for that day you withheld the service because of late payment.

Wake up Stephan, customer service is important!!
