Worst service

We moved in a rental flat 1Feb 2015, 2 weeks after we moved with our 2year old daughter we were told the owner wants to sell, so we technically had to look for a new place AGAIN which is stressful being on a budget! So the rental agent Zelda Sheppard was not doing her job and communicating with the owner. She only gives good service to who she feels are her friend, already unprofessional! Then when we were moving and waited over a month for the deposit which was less than half of the original amount we paid! Then were told we have to pay for a broken garage fitting and garage door lock, we never touches tje light and never had a key for the garage. We know the previous tenant and she and a trustee of Telesto know the garage lock didn't work when the previous tenant stayed there. So now WE are being blamed for a problem that was never our fault. She paid the previous tenants deposit before she even knew what was wrong in the flat so with her NOT DOING HER JOB she throws us under the bus!! Do not ever work with Zelda Sheppard from Rent a Den. We were great tenants and this is what she selfishly does to us to save herself.
