Rent a den are a bunch of *******. We stayed in a place for more than a year - not one month were we late or short with payment, but when it came time for the deposit to be paid back all went haywire. They are charging us for painting of bedrooms - which we barely spent time in as we travel a lot, a broken toilet seat R699, which on the day of inspection was in tact and in exactly the same condition we found it. The owners are trying to re-do their place and using our deposit to do it - that is nothing short of theft!!! Never use this company.
