False promises

Your salesman Tjaart rented me an old model car on collection, not as per our prior telephone conversations. When I questioned it, he promised to give me a newer model at no extra costs the moment you receive new models. More than a month later he contacted me to come and collect the car. When I got there, he informed me I must first pay a R3000 upgrade fee for a newer model of the same car. Also, the car he reserved for me was already taken by another client. What type of customer service is that???
