A NIGHTMARE-DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WOMAN

Suffering from Celiac disease ( gluten intolernace), my family and I were looking for place that specialize in gluten free products. To our delight a few weeks ago, we came upon this "impressive" website of Rensie se Spensie in Pretoria East. Man oh man, were we intrigued by the products, and even the creative writing it issued on Gluten free products. We thought this is a ' REAL' deal business, taking their clients and ' BAKERY' very seriously, by the looks of their advertising. I will give it to her, whoever conducted the marketing of her products on social media did a outstanding job. HOWEVER...... IT IS NOT WHAT IT SEEMS! This woman is a complete nightmare, and trust me she starts off very subtle, then stories of excuses, followed by demands of her own when she cancels an order. We placed an order on a Monday, because she does not accept any orders any other days. She reassures you, your full order will be ready on Thursdays. Much to your excitement throughout the week, you anticipate the taste of what you'e ordered. SO,,,, On the THURSDAY-day of the order btw, an hour before collection, ( 11am), she only sends a text message which says her husband had to go to England, the baker was not in on the Thursday.. After expressing to her that the way she cancels is not acceptable to do it at the last minute, she responds in an uncaring and narcissistic manner, telling me to go find some place else. Overv the weekend, I thought you know what, lets give this woman another chance. So I placed the exact same order as before with her, the following Sunday. She said its fine. I forgot to mention, the previous week I told her I prefer to pay cash, she said she prefer's eft. I phoned her with regards to that, she insisted that I only do an eft payment after collection. In the second week of giving her another chance to prove to me she would have my goods ready on the Thursday, after so many excuses, stories, demands etc.., I knew this woman is sketchy from the get go...and will only imburse her for the goods once ive seen it, and would have done that immediately with cash if she allowed me to, but unfortunately not. I arrived there on the Thursday at 12pm. When i saw her, i could just see this woman is a difficult one in general. I walk into her house and see the goods readily packed in a box. Her helper was there in the house as well. So then, her WHOLE DEMEANOR SWITCHED 360! She spoke so down to me and literally pulled out a chair, and said now make the eft payment! ***! I can take a lot of things, but just then and there I boiled. I said to her that I wont make it now, so she interupts, telling her worker she doenst trust ' this one'. I boiled even more, thinking how dare she say that after shes done such SKETCHY BUSINESS FOR 2 WEEKS *****ing me around. After a heated argument, I agreed to pay her the half via eft right there, and let my father come get his half later. Suddnely, she just refused to sell her goods to me, and said she has ' so many clients', she doesnt need me. She chased me out. I wont be insulted like that as a client, its dehumanising. I think she didnt expect a client like myself to say wait a minute, this is not how you conduct business, and I put her in her place. I honouslty dont think she's in the right state of mind, because she portaits this narcisisitc behaviour. Never again. wow what a nightmare. Anybody considering to place an order, by all means! but be prepared for all kinds of excuses, demands, and unexpected weird behaviour...
