I have never experienced such terrible, insensitive and *********** service from Renprop as a whole. Staying at Fern valley apartments had been such a nightmare due to these people. They are total ***** There’s always issues within the units and tenants are always reporting. Things are always broken and they are quick to charge us for everything.
