Zane the arrogant Renprop Agent

I believe every bad review on Renprop especially the most recent one that spoke on the ****** conduct of one of the employees. In like manner, a certain Zane from Renprop came to our unit and rudely thumped (instead of knocking) on the door like an apartheid police. When my shocked wife opened the door she found a visibly angry white guy, we later found out he is Zane, who immediately spewed vile at her. He was condescending the whole time he spoke to her and falsely accussed us of refusing to remove our vehicle that he claimed was *******ly park. I emailed Renprop to show me proof that we had refused to move our car from the visitors parking and that proof is yet to come(it does not exist). We cannot tolerate an uncivilised , disrespectful and outright clueless (I can substantiate this) Zane to walk all over us as if we are in his prison. Based on the complaints from others on this platform , it seems Zane does this with the blessing of his management as the behaviour is prevalent in the company. Its about time tenants and property owners consider other estate agents.
