WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!! DISGRACE

The service is poor, worst service I experienced. The place is full of roaches, I have never seen so many roaches in my life. Even after the place was fumigated it still had roaches. I moved in on the 1st of March and never slept there because of roaches. Ntombi and Sheree von Widdern never have solutions and don't even care of the tenants. They offered my deposit back and I asked to make an immediate payment then they just went silent. I am still awaiting it as we speak.

All my calls are being ignored at their landline ***. Ntombi and receptionist lady told me that I can't get help from anyone cause it's friday and they left early. That time it was 3:40.

Ntombi forgot to unmute or hangup then went on to tell her colleagues that I'm mad, Sheree is tired of tiny issues from tenants. Then we laughing and joking about it.

They insisted that everything be on email, they offered my money back I asked them to send it immediately with money to move my furniture. They went silent. On a Friday they didn't care and just wanted to knock off.
