Worst property company ever!
Probably the worst lease management company I have come across. A lease I own is fully managed by Renprop and it often takes 10 months for them to arrange a well overdue inspection with the tenant and I get ZERO updates, however the fee for managing the lease is taken on time no matter what. Also had a scenario where the tenant short-paid rent twice and I was not even informed of it. Had to dig through statements to find out later.
AVOID - this company has no morals
