When Renprop don't do their job as managing agents, lodge an application for dispute resolution with CSOS

This is related to Renprop acting as managing agents for a sectional title scheme:

1) Renprop won't share trustees details of the body corporate, so I can contact them directly. They are not allowed to withhold trustee details, 2) They are enforcing rules that haven't been lodged/approved by CSOS.

The are therefore not complying with the STSMA, so I'm forced to lodge an application for dispute resolution with the CSOS.

CSOS give excellent advice and lodging an application is free. If you're having problems with Renprop, I suggest you do the same.
