Unfair and inconsiderate treatment

Renprop? What a terrible experience. The estate I live in is managed by Renprop. The service and unfair treatment received from them is really bad. They implemented water meters and as a result have removed our outside taps which does not allow us to use the tap for the garden. When I enquired ai was told to buy a long hosepipe but at my own cost. I did not consent to any of this. You send countless emails and they do not respond. The worst property management I have experienced. Please help me reach out to the ombudsman regarding the unfair treatment
