They paid out one tenth of my deposit. I left the place spotless.
A ****hole accommodation. I just received my apartment deposit, and it's R900. Even though the deposit that I paid was R9100. I don't believe I did enough damage to warrant me losing out on almost my whole deposit. The apartment looked better when I exited than it did when I first moved in. I was there for 6 months and I used that flat as a place to store my things and rest my head. I hardly even used the stove because my employer gives me money for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
They will be hearing from my lawyers. But for the rest of you, just don't even bother.
