The View Complex in Morningside

I wish I had read the reviews about Renprop before renting an apartment from them. I echo everything everyone has said about them. They are arrogant and frankly quite stupid. Dealing with the office staff is like pulling teeth. I am a tenant at The View - a new "upmarket" complex in Morningside, however this complex has a hot water problem. I have had no hot water for 2 months when I moved in, in February - they then tried to back date a charge for a hot water boiler, which I refused to pay. Now again as of Friday 18th June 2021 to date I have no hot water again and now its Winter. Pathetic Development!!! I called Renprop and received shocking service from Zane Sonnekus, he didn't have a care in the world to my issue. My advice - DONT RENT AT THE VIEW IN MORNINGSIDE AND NEVER RENT FROM RENPROP
