THE ATRIUM UNIT MAINTENANCE ISSUES

This has to be the worst property agents that I have ever dealt with. They are extremely arrogant and dont know how to deal with consumers.

I have been raising flags about maintenance issues here ever since I moved in and everything is in writing. The maintenance issues keep getting worse and worse to the extent that I do not feel safe in this apartment anymore from electrical issues, to surges, to door handles, to shower heads, to rails to sliding door problems. The unit is a mess and I keep flagging it with them. I dont know what else to do because the agents dont want me to review with the owners and they keep telling me to send mails when there is a huge mail trail with the issues of the unit, I have sent them that now they are shifting the goals posts to say that it may be electrical appliances that are faulty and they are questioning why there is a repetitive maintenance issue. I want to move out and they dont want me to review with the owner
