Terrible Service from Renprop

hi, we got the most disgusting service from Renprop. We stayed at Unit 82 in Sagewood, Honeydew. we got the unit in a terrible condition and stayed there for a year. we didnt renew our lease due to the inefficient service in the unit itself and the consultants, maintenance and repair departments in Renprop. Now we are not getting any of our deposit money back as they say they need to fix up the unit, that was already in disgusting condition when we moved in a year ago. we kept sending complaints and nothing was solved or repaired. the owner or Renprop painted the unit with cheap paint and the roofs were already chipping in only a year, now we are being charged to pay for the paint so that they can repaint.

i do not encourage anybody to use Renprop when searching or looking for property, as their customer service is not up to scratch.
