Anyone looking to buy property or a management company for their complex stay well away from Renprop. Their customer service is non existent. U battle to get through to anyone telephonically and when you eventually do, they think nothing of hanging up on you. Even when you cc the MD *** he won't say a word and the GM John Holding thinks nothing of telling you that "he doesn't deal with operational issues ". Once you have signed on the dotted line and they have your business you are on your own.
