Rude Estate Agent - Algis Drabavicius

Appointed Algis from Renprop on an open mandate to sell my property. I discovered that he listed my property for below the the agreed purchase price by R21 000 so that he can be at an advantage compared to the other agents. I confronted him about it and he swore at me and told me to let him do his F##### job and I did not read the add properly according to him he had put the the owner's asking price and the offers from on the ad which did not appear in the ad. I then contacted her Manager Debbie who said she will institute disciplinary hearing against him for his behaviour. If you want to be treated with respect and dignity don't appoint him as your estate agent or you will leave to regret it. He is underhanded, swears at clients, rude and does not take accountability for his actions. I have never been sworn at by any professional in my life and told me that he would like to talk to my father so that he can talk some sense into me. I reported the property with Property 24 for the incorrect information displayed.
