Rude and Unprofessional Employees

Lizette Coetzee from Renprop is the most uncouth, unprofessional person that I have ever dealt with and she should not be in a position to liaise with clients. She is not willing to assist and sends rude, condescending emails. She takes it upon herself to close a query that has not been resolved to my satisfaction. They then include unrelated matters into the query because they are unable to do their job and follow processes accordingly. The absolute worst managing agent to deal with.
