Ridiculous Renprop/SANTA FE Parking FINE R3250!!!

The lamest fine i have ever i had to pay for! R3250 for "******* parking & removing clamp *******" so they say. I Hardly parked for 3 hours in the parking lot and when i steeped out my car was clamped. I explained to the guards that i had lost my uncle that same morning but they showed no remorse i was only told that "the people that clamped your car are from night shift" and the only option i had was to remove the clamp myself because i had an emergency to attend to hence we had a loss at home... The least you could have done was to give me a time to pay this off, NOT AT GUN POINT as if i had damaged your property. have fun enjoy that money!
