Rental deposit

<p>Renprop is ********* and are *******. They use your deposit to maintain their units. There is a constant damp problem, so they refund you half your deposit so that they re-paint everytime. They do not tell you that you will not receive the full refund of your deposit when you sign the lease agreement. Instead they charge you for all sorts of repairs and call out fees. Pathetic.</p>
