Renprop - the endless snag list

I own two properties in Douglasgate (Douglasdale). After numerous complaints and endless amount of unresolved email chains, Renprop continuous to strive for new levels of incompetence. I fully understand that a property has snags when developing, however, not to the level that we have experienced.<br> <br> When highlighting these faults to Renprop you likely to encounter 1) A blame game between the contractor and Renprop, which leaves you the customer stuck in the middle and the issue unresolved. or 2) your issue is pushed aside and blatantly disregarded. . <br> <br> If you are looking at buying in a Renprop development, i would strongly consider these issues i have raised because after 12 months of to and fro, we are still at square one. I know if i had to make the choice again, we would be looking elsewhere.
