Renprop the biggest **********!

The biggest property **********. The agency has subjected me to a Lifetime fine for a "vacant" unit. They are basically running a subscription service for ******* fines. The company charged fines for vehicle oil stains in Sep 2019 which were paid and car fixed in Sept. Since Sep, the agency releases new charges every month and uses the same pictures taken in Sep to keep this as an "ongoing" fine. Disputes are done every month, still they claim there were new stains. Tenant was on holiday in Jan, car parked at Employer premises. Tenant moved out end of Jan however meaning the car was last parked in Dec 2019. To date, Renprop has been issuing monthly fines for a "vacant" unit/vacant parking bay. No amount of complaints/disputes seems to phase them. . What a ********** and ********* way of making profits for shareholders.
