Renprop: subpar service

I recently move to an apartment managed by Renprop and the experience started off good. However, as time went I kept complaining about the state of the apartment, there were blinds when I came to view and when I move in they had been removed. I have been asking from the 1st of March to get that fixed. The explanation is that people are moving in and the wait will be long. I received a penalty of 990 because of oil stains on my parking spot, oil stains that are not from my car and sustained before I moved in.
