Renprop "****prop"

I bought an apartment from Renprop, and ordered extra entrance remotes and tags a few weeks ago. I was told that the extra remotes & tags I ordered were going to be delivered at the property yesterday. This is after weeks of me following up & the estate management forgetting to get back to me, forgetting to follow up with the technician, etc (this is not a time or labour intensive task, and I AM paying for this!). I was at the site to collect my tags & remotes today & they were still not here. I will be losing income due to this- yet another issue from renprop/"****prop", which I as an owner am expected to accept as "service". Absolutely pathetic! Of course, no word from their estate (mis)management... very disappointed! I would rate them as negative 5!
