Renprop are unprofessional, unhelpful and frustrating to deal with. If you looking into property avoid Renprop as your managing agent.

We are now going to receiving wrong electricity statements! Our managing agent from Renprop is unhelpful!

- We queried this issue on the 18th of October, where we were in discussion with them.

- Then another Unit was copied into our mail without our consent.

- On October 22nd we asked a question which was met with no response!!

- Due to no of response we had to follow up again on 5 November.

- This was once again ignored and then on 7 November an email was send on our side begging for a response.

- We finally received a response when another person was copied into the email and had to ask our managing agent to respond to us.

- Then when we finally receive a response there is no apology or concern for the lack of service.
