Renprop are *******.

Renprop is the absolute WORST company I have ever rented through. I was with them for 2 years - never paid rent late, never complained about anything, they never got a complaint about me. I recently moved out when my lease ended. I asked for cost break downs and the statement of the interest-bearing account my deposit was kept in.

Regarding the cost breakdown, they tried to charge me amounts for things I never agreed to, such an inspection costs of the property, and items, such as curtain hooks that were not even provided when I moved in. Their reasons for the inspection costs is due to repairs but the break down clearly states no repairs need to be done.

Regarding the deposit, they charged me over R600 over the 2 years for admin fees, meaning I earned less than R60... OVER TWO YEARS. Not to even mention that they are almost 2 months late paying my deposit, even though my contract says 5 working days.

My estate agent was Bahia Dangor and I would not recommend you rent from her. She is completely hands off. I had a problem? I was told to contact someone else. SPoke to her once during my two years, to complain about the absolute filth of the apartment after moving in.

DO NOT RENT WITH THEM! THEY ***** YOUR MONEY AND ARE TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH.
