RENPROP ARE *******

There should be an option for zero stars for this rental agency. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. These people are just outright *******. They will fabricate any excuse not to pay your deposit amount back. They will literally generate bull**** invoices to justify taking your deposit. I was told I would be getting my full deposit of 16300 back but was deducted 5000 from it and the reason was utilities. They didn’t have unit readings to justify the amounts I just received a statement saying prorated. Lynette actually tried to preempt taking the deposit by telling me it’s due to winter and the usage is more. The electricity is prepaid so it’s was literally only the boiler usage. I’ve read hundreds of comments after moving out about them not paying deposits back. It’s absolutely disgusting that any company thinks this is ok.
