Renprop and Ian Buck - Landlords with a God mentality

<p>I rented an apartment from Renprop (all documentation and contracts were handled and signed by them on their letterheads) in March of 2015. Despite numerous snags that were listed and unattended to, Renprop advised me that I was to deal with Ian Buck directly as he is the owner of the apartment. </p> <p>I obliged - i moved out at the end of Feb this year - Ian did not conduct any inspections - entering or exiting - this was not done by Renprop either. They then do an inspection AFTER the new tenant moves in and they have the audacity to deduct R1500 from my deposit. </p> <p>I have contacted lawyers who say that the claim is too small and i have contacted the Rental Tribunal in Gauteng - they never answer. </p> <p> </p> <p>Ian and Renprop are sumount to a *******</p>
