Renprop a bunch of ******

<p>Sharee and Calvin from renprop Bryanston are unreliable, *********** and unprofessional sales representatives. Firstly, I went to go view a rental at Greenwich Village, in paulshof and I told Calvin i was interested and he said he'd send me application forms, 3days later after trying to get hold of him via his cellphone and office number, the receptionist said to leave a message for him, I waited till I called again the following day. They only made contact that Thursday asking for documents, which I sebt through and paid the deposit, rent and admin fee Friday after sending my statements. </p> <p>Calvin then said he'll get back to me regarding moving and said i should be able to move in that Sa****ay, I called Calvin the whole Friday, whole Sa****ay till 2:40pm waiting outside the complex with the delivery truck- he then decided to answer his phone and came to the complex, then miraculously sharee's phone got answered as well when Calvin arrived. He then said he forgot to fill in the move in form and i wasn't able to move in abd needed to make other plans, then said he'll quickly go to the office and fill in the form and come back. .... i waited an additional 2hours, then he later smsed me with a different number saying he couldn't get the forms signed and he was sorry and i must send him a breakdown for the delivery expense as I had been charged double and to return the furniture. </p> <p> </p> <p>Tuesday was the only day he said he could fix this of which I waited for him till i went directly to the useless office, he still didn't have the correct forms and he kept apologising, and I was kind and patient. </p> <p>He takes me for inspection, promised an extra tag (still waiting) promised burglar guards to be installed ( still waiting) also asked i send an email for my reimbur*****t. Pro-rata which i waited for a month</p> <p> </p> <p>Now sharee thinks she's larger than life- firstly didn't know they had to send me my pro-rata statement, and my reimbur*****t. But comes here guns blazing when I am the one done injustice. </p> <p> </p> <p>They don't know how to run a company. </p> <p>I highlight this to her come month enf when they asked why i had frozen the payments to them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am still waiting for my payment before releasing the monthly payment. </p> <p> </p> <p>They ought to pay me and Once they pay- i will release the rental payment, and they must not try scare me with their credit team.</p> <p> </p> <p>Either they make the payment or I'm more than happy to move out!!! With my deposit! </p> <p> </p> <p>Unprofessional and disgusting! !! Sies!!!</p>
