RENPROP

Rented a flat in Chianti complex, Sunninghill, via Renprop agency, agent Bahia Dangor. Just over 3 weeks after moving into flat, kitchen and lounge flooded with drain water from upstairs flat/s. The washbasin and washing machine outlet pipes from upstairs run into ground floor flat. If drain outside is blocked, then upstairs water runs out of washing machine outlet pipe of ground floor flat into ground floor flat kitchen, lounge, first bedroom, etc. Flat owner told estate agency that it never happened before. I'm less than a month in flat and already happened once. Told Renprop agency I don't believe its the first time. Asked them what about furniture damage, no reply. Asked them is there a permanent fix to the plumbing so it does not happen again, no reply. Since this can occur anytime, I want a refund of my deposit so I can move out, no reply. Asked them must I take my valuables with me when doing shopping / visiting, to prevent damage, no reply. This is the first time I stay in a complex with such weird plumbing, normally the upstairs pipes go external, not via ground floor flat, now everytime upstairs people use washbasin or washing machine, I hear the water running in ground floor pipes (all hours of day and night). What now, do I need to buy a diving suite, snorkeling set, floatable furniture ? Never had this experience with any other agency.
